2024 Carnergie Corporation of New York, Profiles in Collective Leadership

My research-practice partnership with the Anaheim Union High School District was recognized as one of 10 exemplary examples of community partnerships. They highlighted the collaborative research and implementation we are doing with artificial intelligence (AI) in the school district. The award comes with $200,000 that went to the school district to support student and parent stipends to work with my research lab to co-design AI tools for the district

2023 Chancellor’s Faculty Award for Undergraduate Mentorship, University of California, Irvine Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP)
