In this project, I am supporting the Connected Learning Lab/Gates Foundation Equitable Futures Innovation Network. The broader project is focused on understanding how youth-centered, out-of-school programs can help youth develop deeper identities toward career pathways. My role in the project is to evaluate the local work of the network of youth-centered organizations, and also to develop practical measures for the field, that better capture aspects of youths’ developing identities that can inform improved practices for youth programs.
